Isn't it amazing that John Asshataraf was completely unscathed from wildfires because of the wildfires in his soul?

"Fires," says Mr. Fire, "don’t stop people like this."

Too bad that wildfire in his soul couldn't save his coaching business, which has, apparently, gone out of business.

And of course, we all know what the wildfire in James Arthur Ray's soul was about to do.

Knowing all we know now, reading some of Joe's words from that time are downright frightening. No wonder Tattoo took down that blog post.Burned by Firehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16987709295979377535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7441633850364451394.post-44013106516573439222011-09-09T16:23:29.108-07:002011-09-09T16:23:29.108-07:00I'm so self-centered. I neglected to mention this fine one from Steve Salerno at SHAMblog: http://shambook.blogspot.com/2007/11/mr-fire-indeed.htmlCosmic Conniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09425191794680677900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7441633850364451394.post-88260267160238875912011-09-09T16:06:39.518-07:002011-09-09T16:06:39.518-07:00Thanks for this, BBF. As one who has been under major stress due to mandatory evacuations all week (though not nearly as much stress as people who have lost everything), I really appreciate this post. I noticed that even though Joe acknowledged there were 180 fires all over Texas, his blog post was all about the Central Texas wildfires, those around Austin and Bastrop -- HIS neck of the woods. The "miraculous" results he documents were all in that area.

(And once again he talks about those "scientific" studies about group intentions. All of those studies were affiliated with the Maharishi and TM believers, a fact he fails to mention. And now he says there are more than two dozen of those studies. When he first began blogging and writing about them there were just nineteen. Then twenty-three. Now there are more than two dozen. WOW. The evidence is mounting!)

Meanwhile in my neck of the woods (Waller-Grimes-Montgomery -- the infamous tri-county Riley Road/Magnolia fires) -- it's still very, very iffy. Large areas, including mine, are still under mandatory evac. I would hate to think that all of this happened just because I'm such a hater. Gack!

And regarding the 2007 San Diego fires: for those who don't feel like Googling a lot, here are some handy links:
http://cosmicconnie.blogspot.com/2007/10/all-fired-up.html

http://cosmicconnie.blogspot.com/2007/10/all-fired-up-continued.html

http://cosmicconnie.blogspot.com/2007/10/putting-out-fires.htmlCosmic Conniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09425191794680677900noreply@blogger.com
